About us
Started in 1995, our aim is quite simple. It is to provide organisations, large or small, with a wide range of training and development materials that help improve the performance of their people.
What are we like to work with?
Challenging
We ask lots of questions and get involved as much as we can in order to really understand your agenda and needs (nosey parkers!). We are not afraid to try new ideas and test the ‘status quo’ and have found that sometimes our ‘ignorance’ to specific scenarios can be a real asset.
Flexible
We make a point of planning for the goal posts to move. Whether it is in terms of direction, timescales or approach, we will find a way to make it happen – in fact we enjoy the challenge!
Speedy
We move at a fast pace and pride ourselves on our ability to turn things around quickly. The momentum this can generate does wonderful things!
Fun
We suffer from what some describe as a cheery disposition. We firmly believe that development should be fun and we’re often told that we are “nice people to do business with.”
Enabling
We create low dependency relationships by adopting a coaching approach – helping people to help themselves. In the longer term, this is definitely better for an organisation!

We recognise the importance of delivering quality solutions that demonstrate good value for money. In fact, we pride ourselves on our track record for doing just this!
Genuine/honest
We will not compromise our personal or professional integrity for the sake of commercial gain. If we don’t believe that a development activity will make a visible difference to an individual, team or the organisation, then we’ll tell you so!
